Draft — adapted to Vermont and pending Cannabis Control Board + legal review.
BB Cann Inc, doing business as Float On, is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards to the floatondispensary.com website (the "Site") and to our physical premises at 136½ Church Street, Burlington, VT 05401.
Standard we follow
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium. WCAG 2.1 AA defines requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, and neurological disabilities.
Conformance status
We consider this Site to be partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Partial conformance means that some parts of the content do not yet fully meet the standard. We are working to bring all content to full conformance.
What we have done
- Used semantic HTML throughout, with appropriate landmarks and heading hierarchy;
- Built navigation that is reachable by keyboard alone;
- Preserved sufficient color contrast between text and background;
- Provided text alternatives for images that convey information;
- Avoided any auto-playing audio or video and any flashing content;
- Designed forms with visible labels and error messages.
Known limitations
We know about and are working on the following:
- Certain decorative graphics may not yet have full alternative-text descriptions.
- Third-party embedded content (such as map embeds, where present) may not be fully accessible and is outside our direct control.
If you encounter a barrier we have not listed, please tell us using the contact information below.
Physical accessibility

Ongoing work
Accessibility is a continuous effort, not a finish line. We review the Site periodically against WCAG 2.1 AA, address issues we find or that you report, and update this statement as we make progress.
